It would be great if users had the option to grey out or temporarily inactivate specific branches/actions within a workflow. This would let us adjust and broaden logic while a workflow is still active, without having to fully disable it or wait until after-hours to make updates.
Agreed that this would be nice in the interface.
The work around for this is to clone the entire branch (using the clone this + all after tool) with a ridiculous criteria added - this way you can then make the changes you want to make without risk of learners accessing the interim logic.
When it comes to turn on time, just remove the added criteria and delete the previous branch
