With 15+ years across fintech, logistics, and banking, my work sits at the intersection of customer success, CX strategy, and scalable systems.

What excites me most about Data Management & Reporting is its power to translate activity into insight, and insight into impact. From driving NPS and churn reduction to enabling stakeholder alignment, I’ve seen how clean data and strategic reporting unlock real transformation.
