After nearly fifty years as a corporate attorney and technology CEO, I’m at a place where I can begin to give back. I’ve decided to do that by partnering with Vistage, the world’s largest and oldest executive leadership development organization.

I lead private advisory boards for CEOs, executives, and business owners. I do this by helping them:

· Understand they aren’t expected to have all the answers.
· Be open to ideas from their peers.
· Understand the dangers of hubris and how to avoid it.
· Be Better!

The power of Vistage is in the layered experience and built-in accountability: the private advisory board + one-to-one coaching + expert-led workshops. My role is to select compatible members for my peer groups and to coach executives to increase their effectiveness and accelerate the growth of their businesses.
