Assign different Quote Approvers, Auto approve/reject certain quotes.

PURPOSE & USE CASE
This workflow allows respite for quote approvers. The standard Quote approval system in HubSpot allows to set 1 Quote approver. They might get overwhelmed in certain scenario's approving quotes from different users and teams. Managers might want to approve quotes only from their team.

 

This workflow lets you set who should approve a quote based on a meriad of factors. This could be who submitted the quote, what the value of the quote is, but could also for example look at if the quote is for a target account. 

 

Based on this kind of information, you can auto-approve a quote (low value, non-target account), or assign the approval to the right person!


HOW IT WORKS
This workflow triggers every time a quote is set to ''approval needed''. When the quote approval action is turned on in HubSpot, this will normally be required for all quotes unless specific otherwise (in one of the 3 quote workflows created when this option is turned on, or in a custom workflow). 

 

Instead of using HubSpot team ''A'' or team ''B'', you could instead opt to go for single users for more granularity. Using teams allows to scale easier though!
