Reporting on users

We are in the initial stages of rolling out HubSpot globally to our company. We are now working on user engagement and how to track that. I see where we can click under Security/Settings and see the 3 separate reports of User Logins/Exports/Security Activity. Is there any way to have these combined somehow as a Dashboard report for Super Admins so we don’t have to click through all 3 on a regular basis? One of the ideas we have is to start some sort of competition to get users excited and engaged, something like “top 3 users who are in HubSpot the most or logged in the most” will get a prize. This would also be an ongoing security and I would imagine, management, check so a dynamic dashboard report would be ideal. Thank you!

Hey @TChappell5 not at the moment no. These are static reports that are fed from internal tools in HS. HubSpot custom reports all come from “object” data in your CRM (IE contacts, deals, companies etc). A “user” isn’t currently an Object (although I’ve heard this may change in the near future) so there would be no current way to create reports on it unfortunately!

I’d definitely recomend bringing this to the attention of the product team through the ideas forum though!

Looks like this is now in Public Beta. Much needed. Thank you @TChappell5! Great work.

@SkeeStylus what is the name of this beta feature? Would love to try it out :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @NØlholm,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

At the moment you can track user log-ins by following the instructions outlined here.

I am curious as well to know more about the public beta that @SkeeStylus mentioned.

Best,

Diana

There was a beta that allowed Admins to report on how internal teams & users are (or are not) interacting with HubSpot but now the link doesn’t work which would indicate the beta failed.
