I’m not personally using these applications myself, but just looking at the descriptions of the three apps you mention in the marketplace it seems they do different things:
- The Data Sync Syncs contacts between your RingCentral database and HubSpot.
- RingCentral for HubSpot is a Chrome plugin that you would use to make Ring Central calls from within the HubSpot CRM.
- RingCentral events is a Webinar Platform, so in this case you are specifically capturing registraitons, generating links, and embedding actions related to those in your HubSpot Workflows.
You might need one, two or all of them, depending upon what you are trying to accomplish.
