Top Engaged Contact Report

SOLVE

Hey @KaKaRoT, thanks for reaching out!

Your previous thread on creating an unengaged contact report definitely applies here — you can still leverage the properties that were recommended to you there to gauge who your top-engaged contacts are.

If you have a Professional subscription or above, you'll also be able to use score properties (more info in this HubSpot Knowledge Base article). That's one of the easiest ways to quantify and compare contact engagement with key assets (i.e., website pages, blog posts, forms, content downloads, chatbot, CTA buttons, property values) across your CRM.

Just make sure that you filter out internal contacts, like employees and partners, along with any unsubscribed/unqualified/bounced contacts.

Hope this helps!!

Top Engaged Contact Report

Hi @KaKaRoT

You can easily pull out the report of most engaged contacts by using assets like (Number of form submission, Marketing email clicked, Marketing email open, Page views, Last activity date) with the help of these you can pull out the most engaged contacts in HubSpot.

Hope this will helps you out. If you find it helpfull, Please mark it as Solution.

Thanks!
