Finally I made my way to a succesful workaround.
I solved using Zapier and Slack.
After a couple of attempts I’ve setup a simple automation: as soon as the form is filled, I receive an in-app notification on my mobile device, so now I am able to deliver an immediate feedback to new inbound leads.
This automation works great for me, at least until I remain within the 100 new monthly leads quota provided with the free Zapier Subscription.
But when I’lI succeed in exceeding the quota, I’ll no longer have to manage with tight budget on Hubspot subscription
