[Solved] Instant Notification from New Inbound Leads

Hi!

Is there a way to get a mobile app notification when an inbound leads occurr?

I’d like to be notified via a pop up notification on the mobile app as soon as a new prospect fills an online form.

This would help so much in transitioning to the explore phase, especially when the form gathers the mobile phone numer so that you can call her instantly.

Do you get the point?

Is that feature available yet?

Hi Francesco,

I just wanted to jump on this quickly as I believe there is a quick fix for you.

You can create this notification through a workflow and should look something like:

You can then choose the ‘Mobile push’ option which should then send a notification to your mobile. However, please do test this and let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

One thing to note is to make sure your notifications for your mobile app are set-up correctly as this may cause an issue in notifications being sent to your mobile app.

Many thanks for your fast reply.

I see I need to upgrade my subscription now.

In effect I am on a sales starter, so I cannot implement as you suggested.

Do you know any workaround? Maybe I can handle via Zapier?

Hi Francesco,

Ahh apologies, I should have checked which HubSpot subscription you were on. In terms of a workaround, I havn’t personally done this particular use case before but I would say give Zapier a go and let me know whether it works for my own peace of mind.

Hi Elysha!

Finally I made my way to a succesful workaround.

I solved using Zapier and Slack.

After a couple of attempts I’ve setup a simple automation: as soon as the form is filled, I receive an in-app notification on my mobile device, so now I am able to deliver an immediate feedback to new inbound leads.

This automation works great for me, at least until I remain within the 100 new monthly leads quota provided with the free Zapier Subscription.

But when I’lI succeed in exceeding the quota, I’ll no longer have to manage with tight budget on Hubspot subscription :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
