LinkedIn Lead Gen Form not Triggering Workflow

Hi,

We're currently running a Lead Gen ad campaign on LinkedIn. The leads are synching on Hubspot successfully but the trigger for a Workflow that I created isn't working.

A form named Lead Gen 2 was automatically created and I use this to trigger the Workflow whenever a Form Submission was successul. It's very simple and straight forward but it's not running the Worfklow.

I search for Lead Gen 2 under Marketing > Forms but I couldn't find it there. I was created under Ads > LinkedIn > Forms. Could this be the issue?

Hi @MarcoD22,

the form won't show up under Marketing > Forms. But you should find it under Settings > Marketing > Ads > in the Tab Lead Syncing > click on the LinkedIn Account to see the connected forms and review submissions.

Could you share a screenshot of the trigger?

One good way to approach this is to review one contact that came via this form and see on which properties or events you can trigger. But generally, you should be able to just trigger on the form submission event.

I’ve run into this with HubSpot too. Since Lead Gen 2 is under Ads, it might not sync with the workflow. Check if the workflow is linked to that specific form.
