How to create image-only pop-up?

I'd like to create a pop-up that uses a large banner image without the form fill. It looks like HubSpot is using one on their blog. I believe it's a CTA, though. Any tips on how to accomplish this?

You are right, that's not a pop-up form/lead flow, its a CTA contained in a HTML element.
