If you could develop a drag-and-drop customization of the sections on the Workspace > Prospecting page, you'd have a killer page. This has been a great addition to HubSpot, and our sales team now uses it as their primary page they work from. But the ability for us to add sections, remove sections, or drag them around as a customizable "dashboard" would be ideal. Something similar to how you customize properties in the left hand side where you check the properties then drag them around would work well.
Absolutely. The lack of customization is a hurdle for our adoption of this space. Taking it a step further, being able to customize it by teams would be a great feature, too.
For us the challenge is that when users click on any of the Task groupings from the Summary tab, the view that pops up is not customizable. The standard view that pops up is very limited and doesn't have all the info our reps need to complete some tasks (so would have to click through to the associated record and thus leave the workspace)
It would be great if we could rearrange the sections to align with our process. Also, can we show the phone number to the right of the email address in the center of the new sales workspace?
100% agree. Different users have different needs and the current one-size-fits-all view is more of a one-size-fits-nobody. We need to be able to select the various modules we want to display and drag & drop them in the place that makes the most sense for the business.
+1 on this, our outbound sales team is starting to look at this but this specific team does not utilise 'Meetings' whereas other sales teams do. Be good to have customisable views for different teams.
This would be great. We use RingCentral and the plugin does not work in the Prospecting workspace since the phone number is not shown on the page. When you click the call button, the popup window does not show any RingCentral Icons as well. This means our users have to jump to the contact page to make a call or send a text.
Our customers are also stoked about this section, but first thing they ask is how to cusomize it (e.g. if leads are n/a - they would like to remove that tab).
Yes! For example, SDR teams would appreciate the ability to track number of calls per week, or amount meetings booked during x time period under the "insights" tab
