Does anyone know how to create a HubSpot report for blog performance?
Currently, I have to click on the blogs one by one to view their performance. What can I do to converge all my blog posts into one single report with their individual performance shown?
Hey @Lokkie, thanks for reaching out! This is a great question.
Are your blogs hosted on the HubSpot CMS, or are they hosted on an external website?
If they're hosted on the HubSpot CMS, your best bet is to head to Reports > Analytics Tools > Traffic Analytics > Pages > Blog posts page type:
You can then set the date range and filters as needed. That should pull in all of your HubSpot blog posts and allow you to assess them in one place.
If your blogs are hosted in an external website, you can still use the traffic analytics reporting tool, but HubSpot won't be able to differentiate your page types. Ideally, you'll have a /blog/ subfolder or something similar with your URL structure to easily identify blog posts. You can search for pages by URL, so searching "yourwebsite.com/blog" should pull up only pages that start with that URL (your blog posts). If you don't have that subfolder in your URL structure or a way to easily differentiate blogs from other website pages, it's going to be really tough to report on them within HubSpot. You'll pretty much need to run through the same process above, export the report, and manually remove non-blog pages within your spreadsheet.

@jolle with the win. That's where I'd go, too, @Lokkie.
