Hi @Happyben , in addition to Karsten's recommendation, two books I recommend to everyone getting their start in content writing are:

Elements of Style by Strunk/White/Kalman

Everybody Writes by Ann Handley

If you aren't a writer or you don't have a background in communication, it can be 10X more difficult to jump into content creation. These books will simplify writing down and help give you the confidence boost you need to jump in and write.
