There are times when you may want to export all property options for picklist-type properties such as checkboxes or dropdown menus. A common reason is to audit the options to remove duplicates or outdated values.
At the moment, it isn’t possible directly export the values to an excel sheet or similar. However, we can use the forms tool as an intermediary to display all property values. Then, we can copy and paste these values into an excel sheet.
search for the property to retrieve options from
select the form field
view all property options by select "See more"
click and drag to highlight property options
format the data in excel
With this method, you may need to clean up the data and format your cells. But, it should provide you with a full list of property values to work with.
Hope this helps!

Thank you @jleow but do you have a work around for Deal properties?

Hi @Amy_Brierley, there isn't a way to do so directly - instead, you can clone the deal property as a contact property.
1. From the property settings, hover over the property, and select clone.
2. In the right-side panel, when setting up your cloned property, change the object type to Contact.
After which, you can continue with the above steps. Hope this helps!

Thanks - a bit of a long winded way, would be so much easier if we could export directly!
