When entering my IP to block email tracking, Hubspot shows my IP6 address, which is always changing (thanks FIOS). Is it possible to enter my IP4 address and have it work?

I'm trying to change a deal owner and add a collaborator to a deal. The Add is there in the bottom RHC when I open the deal but it doesn't actually allow me to add anything and I'm super admin. Any ideas?
