The User Provisioning API has expanded since 2021. Check the current subscription and scope requirements for the specific operation rather than assuming the entire API is Enterprise-only.

After this API call, you will get the roleId as mentioned in the doc. HubSpot now offers additional user and permissions APIs, but these don’t necessarily provide a complete role definition from a roleId.
This is how I made this work for 1 of our customers -
We have a local database of role details and roleId, and I’m using that as a reference to match the roleId.
