Forminator to hubspot

Im using worpress with the Forminator plug in and I am trying to use Hubspot as the CRM, but I cannot get my form submisssions to show up on hubspot. I made sure the intergration is added to both hubspot and within forminator(wordpress). I have the form already on the website and I am trying to test the form submissions to hubspot. I cannot get them to show up on hubspot. I can get one but not other one. Can someone help please?

Hey, @DMiller54 😊 Is this the App you're using? Forminator If so, looking at their support documentation, the submissions don't get pushed to a matching form submission in HubSpot. They are either only recorded as Contacts or added as Contacts and added to a Static List that you specify. 

Here's how I'd troubleshoot:

• If you set up a list, verify the list is being populated
• Search for Contacts from your Contact index page by email address
• Reach out to Forminator support directly
