Can you please try signing out and back in, using Chrome in an incognito window, temporarily disabling browser extensions or VPNs, and clearing site data for the Academy and HubSpot domains.
Also, can you please confirm that the task is saved on the Jennifer Lopez contact record and that you are working in the same Practice Mode portal opened from the exercise.
If the exercise still loops, can you please share the following:
- your browser and version,
- the approximate time of the failed submission,
- screenshots of the error, and
- the console/network details.
We’ll then be able to review the submission logs and advise on validation or the appropriate next step.
