Would be nice to actually get the feature after 5 years of requests! Not sure for how long already is the “Being reviewed” status on, though. Let’s see.

Use case:
- they have an enquiry form and if someone would like to be routed about a product issue, they’d like a 2nd layer of dependent fields so the visitor can choose from the product they’re interested in

I am wanting to have a multiple-question form that has the user go from one question to the next based on their previous answer.
I agree. It looks like this request was originally submitted in 2017. Is there a date we can expect development to begin on this feature?

this was requested 2017, its almost 2022, that’s half a decade and we still got no updates for this, other form platforms has this feature on the get go. What’s stopping HubSpot from implementing this?
I’m spending so much time trying to integrate other forms into HubSpot just to get this functionality

When we need to create form with multiple people involve, dependant field are a must.

+1 - this is so usefully/necessary and there’s a wide variety of use cases that come up on almost every implementation call I have with customers. Would love to see this come out soon
Just spoke to a customer who is also asking for this - they want to see multiple dependencies in forms.
