When is this getting sorted!!! we have thousands of .png image files as email attachments that would take forever to delete currently, and are making it so much harder to find the attachments we want to see. There are some great solutions meationed above. Yet not a sinlge reply from hubspot admin, very poor.

Yet another reason why we’re moving away from hubspot to another CRM this year. Basic features that Hubspot don’t bother to implement, in fact they can never even be bothered to reply to threads with important suggestions. They just don’t care at all about their users. The service is downright diabolical.

This has been on this board since 2020. Really sad that Hubspot has not decided to implement a bulk attachement deletion capability. This is one of the many reasons Hubspot’s light is dimming for us.
this function shoudl be possible. Deleting in bulk has to be an option in the CRM
And please include an option to not include png file of 4 kbit from signatures when logging

I agree that we need to have a bulk delete. My signature line includes jpg files and then some clients do as well. It bogs up all my attachement list for customers / contacts. I want to only have what pertains to my converstaion attachments.

Can we please get some movement on this feature? It’s pretty ridiculous to have so many people asking for this and literally no response from Hubspot. This is such a game changer and desperately needed.

Very sad that this has not yet been implemented.
This would be very useful to have a smarter way to bulk organise and cleanse the vast multitude of small attachments that are automatically attached to records in the CRM. I’m guessing it could save HubSpot a tonne in terms of storage as an added benefit! Any update would be appreciated if this is on the product development radar?
Currently deleting attachments one by one as time permits (it seems never ending). It would be nice to have tick option next to each attachment and then delete/ delete permanently option. Given the first comment in this chain was created in 2020 and there is no HubSpot response I’m not feeling hopefully.
No responses from hubspot – I am unsure as to why this is still on going as there is no resolution and have had many users request the same option – to BULK delete.
