Hubspot needs to update their help articles… This is the second time a help article said I could do something that I couldn’t. The article in question: Create and send marketing emails. Pleaseeee bring back borders! Thank you!
**I notified support about this outdated article (even though it says it was updated in June 2024, so it might be changed by the time you view it. It did have a section that said a border was possible.

I believe there is a way to add a border around a text box in an email, but it must be done through CSS.
2025 and still no feature for this!
Please add this feature! It would make emails so much easier in the financial industry! There are disclosures for campaigns that require adding borders. Because a border isn’t an option, I have to make an image of text with a border around it.
Any luck with this feature? It is indeed very basic. Otherwise we’ve gotta start hacking tables and that’s just messy.

Very dissapointing that this has been an ask for going on 6 years and no progress has been made. I agree with another comment I saw, even if we could use the dividers vertically, that would work as a work around. I can only make me email looks so good with the current setup and I need to expand!
