クローズまでの時間のレポートにおいて、営業時間外の時間を除いて計測したい
初めて質問させていただきます。 お問い合わせ対応をコミュニケーション＞受信トレイ内で行なっており、 コミュニケーション作成日からクローズまでの時間を計測するレポートを作成している状態です。 営業時間外の時間を除いた クローズまでの時間を計測したいのですが設定 方法が分からず、何か方法がありましたらご教示いただけますでしょうか。 SLAで勤務時間の設定 をしているのですが、関連付けて営業時間外の時間を除いたレポートを作ること等はできないでしょうか。
