I'm upvoting this idea. We're considering implementing playbooks, but it feels like the product is missing the reporting section for it.

Remove automatic association of contact to a company when the contact is created in a company

Ability to Group Properties in Reports/Dashboards
It would be great if we were able to "group" or "bucket" properties together in reports/dashboards. For instance we have multiple Primary Lead Sources "Customer Event" "Trade Show" etc. Most of the time these work seperate for reporting but what if read more
