Can one make an endpoint in Hubspot for a webhook from another service to send messages to? As the title suggests, we're curious as to whether or not Hubspot has the ability to specify an endpoint for a webhook to send messages to.

Record changed via API
I had a record earlier change via the API however I don't have any external API tools that would have changed the record in the way it did. All that really happened was a status changed completing a task, but still.
