My name is Kristina and I reside in Houston, Texas. Go Stros! 😀 I’m a Marketing Specialist for a tax consulting firm. I’m excited to start using HubSpot and looking forward to learning all the useful information this platform offers and successfully apply it to my professional role. Please feel free to share any suggestions you may have on resources or tips you think would be insightful. 
 
For funsies here are a few fun facts about myself: I enjoy traveling and trying out local foods. I have two fur babies who I adore dearly, a cat named Cloud and a dalmatian named Khipp. Lastly, I'm a huge Harry Potter fan (#TeamGryffindor). 😀

I made the huge decision to finally let go of my self limiting beliefs and milk the opportunities that comes with the internet.

 

Being a graduate of Mass Communication, I decided to register for digital marketing to gain modern and digital knowledge and skills of selling to the appropriate audience via the digital media.

Hi 

My name is Kevin I live in Auckland New Zealand I am a business owner, I have a House Washing company I want to learn everything about marketing and apply it to my business and expand unfortunately I am not terribly computer literate so I jined Hubspot to learn everything I could, I could of paid someone to do the work for me but decided to give it a crack myself. What is that saying You can give a man a fish and he can eat for a day You can teach a man to fish and he can eat for ever,or something along those lines.

I have read a lot of the Hubspot articles very helpful but I am all over the place, it seams they are little over my head, not sure where I should be starting or along which lines I should be going, starting from scratch, I have been trying to set up my website but got to the stage where I am stuck, I am hopeing to learn a lot from Hubspot and the members of this community.

Hi All

 

My name is Brett and i am an internal sales manager for Clevertouch UK/Sahara AV (part of the Boxlight Group) who distribute and manufacture Clevertouch Interactive screens and also distribute audio visual.

I have been using Hubspot for approx 12-18mths now but still feel we are not using it the fullest potential as some of the systems we use dont "talk" to it. 

Could really do with some tips on what are the best reports to run. We have a deals page and have a quotes page as well the normal contacts and companies pages but stil not sure what more we need to be doing to get the most out it. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to community @BStallard! Great question. I'd start with the reports under Analytics Tools > Sales Analytics. There are a ton of reports there for coaching reps, forecasting, and more. I really like the calls and meetings reports, broken down by teams and reps. 

 

I'd also look at the "Measuring Business Success with Funnel Reports in HubSpot" and "Selling Smarter With Pipeline Reports" lessons in Academy. They're great resources for inspiration. 

 

From there, it depends on what you're asking and working to measure. Before building custom reports, I'd look through the ~150-200 standard reports in the reporting tool, and decide how to build a dashboard that tells my data story.

I would say KB with video content (which I see you already do) and using the CS Surveys from HS - NPS, CSAT etc.  We use this kind of suveys for our clients so we can identify the promoters and to create dedicated campaigns for them (education/refferal etc.) to keep them engaged with the help of marketing dep.  (exclusive webinars, events invitations, other dedicated educational materials, templates that can use within their company - based on their pain points).

 

Also, based on your startegy & objectives, you can use Workflows to create some ongoing customer nurturing campaigns - works great for engagement, renewal, upsell/crossell.
