I have a growing love for marketing communications. It's what is sponsoring my interest in great stories, creative writing, and the art of innovating the future with data-backed imagination and storytelling.

I've also worked in the creative/professional writing industry for about 7 years and written two books. Right now, I want to discover new things in content marketing as well as try to validate what I have known and get some technical definitions for them.

You'll find many tips on how to make the most out of our software in the Community: all of our Sales, Marketing, Service, and RevOps & Operations discussion boards have a  Best Practice section where you'll find practical advice on how to use the software tools. 

I'd also recommend getting familiar with the software by taking one of our Academy lessons: 

• the Sales Software Certification Course focuses on our Sales Hub, 
• you can also take the Marketing Software Course, 
• or select a different course based on your interests.
