Super SLA - new SLA reporting and alerting tool for Service Hub!

Hi folks! 👋 

 

We've just launched a tool called Super SLA (https://supersla.com) and would love you to try it out and give us any feedback. 

It lets you:

 

  • Set per company, source or pipeline SLA rules for your tickets
  • Get warned via SMS, Phone call or email if you're about to breach or have breached an SLA
  • Report on how you're doing against your rules with convenient PDF download 
  • Plus custom business hours, etc etc.
