LinkedIn 'firstname.lastname@example.org' won't appear in the HubSpot inbox
I'm having some issues with my HubSpot emails, particularly with LinkedIn Job Listings. Despite receiving responses in my Mac mail and Outlook, I am not seeing these emails in my HubSpot Inbox. It's frustrating, especially when you've been using automation platforms for over a decade and a HubSpoter since its inception.
I know, I can easily spin up an instance of open source platform and respond to these 500+ emails but, my concern is that it won't appear right especially when you are trying to build a community around HubSpot and hiring team members to promote it.
I've tried troubleshooting by allowing the email address and creating a new email ID in GSuite, but I still haven't found a solution. I also raised a support ticket three days ago, but I haven't received a response yet. Therefore, I'm reaching out to the HubSpot community to see if anyone has experienced a similar problem and found a solution. Specifically, I'm wondering if anyone has encountered a situation where candidate emails from LinkedIn 'email@example.com do not show up in the HubSpot inbox. I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice on this issue.
