Tickets just disappeard

HI,
I was working on Hubspot and now out of nowhere many tickets vanished and now I cant find almost 88 tickets of mine.

What is the issue?

Hi @AAziz92,

 

HubSpot had an issue earlier regarding the ticket pipelines tool.

 

I wanted to share this incident report from our status page. It looks like it has been fully resolved: "The incident has been fully resolved and ticket pipelines should be working properly. No data was lost." 

 

If you are still experiencing this issue and are a paying customer, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support. They will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
