using hubspot custom properties with make.com

I am trying to build some automation using make.com to pre-populate custom properties within the contact record. The custom properties I have created are not appearing as available for mapping from the make.com scenario builder.

So, are custom properties not eligible for this integration when using the hubspot starter edition?

Hi @AdamRooney 

Have you checked with make.com of there are any restrictions? From my experience it is not uncommon that depending on your subscription tier (with your integrator and/or HubSpot) only some and not all data can by synced/updated.

Please forgive the super-basic questions:

- How long did you wait for the custom properties to appear? 

- Have you tried re-authenticating?

For the first question, it's possible that it just takes a little time to appear correctly.

For the second question.. well, it's an age-old trope to ask have you tried turning it off and on again, but it often works!

The custom property was created 24-72 hours ago.

The custom property was in a new custom group. When I moved the property
back into the contact information group make.com was able to find it.

So I guess the question is more about custom groups? Is there a way to get
make.com to see properties in custom groups within the contact object?
