Hey y'all. When analyzing socials, I was wondering if there's a way to filter down based on lowest performing posts (Low interactions, Low clicks, etc.). I'm not seeing that as an option in HubSpot, but it would be nice to see what isn't working for a change. My guess is most if not all social media platforms don't have the option to filter by lowest performing posts, so that could be why HubSpot isn't able to provide that information yet. Interested in hearing everyone's tips/take on this.

Hey @rhaggerty, great question!
While there isn't a separate report like "Top Posts" to view your lowest-performing posts, you can leverage the sorting feature on the "Manage" tab.
First, you can take your pick of important metrics from the "Manage Columns" window:
From there, you can sort your posts for the given timeframe (just keep in mind that this will still pull in newly published posts, so be sure to give yourself enough of a buffer from when a new post goes live) in ascending order:
That should let you see which posts are at the bottom for the examined metric (i.e., impressions, clicks).
You can also further filter your view by selecting the specific accounts/platforms you want to evaluate. It takes some finessing, but this should give you a decent view of which posts don't seem to be getting much engagement!
Hope this helps!!

Hey @ALM94, thanks for reaching out!
The "Manage" tab is under Marketing > Social (note that you need at least a Marketing Hub Professional subscription to access this tool):
If you're looking for your "top posts" report, you'll want to head to the "Analyze" tab:
The "top posts" report should be all the way at the bottom!
Hope this helps!

Hey @jolle, I'm trying to create a report showing the Top Posts, very much just like this one. However, I'm just getting started with HubSpot and you lost me at "Manage Tab".
I'd be so thankfull, if you could paint me a broader picture on where to start.
Kindest regards,
Anna Lina

Hey @jolle
Thank you for your quick response.
I've seen the Report under Analyse, however I would like to add it to a Dashboard.
I would like to export the Dashboard monthly so Data will not be lost over time.
Is there a way to add the Report, or to export the Data from the Analyse tab?
All the best
Anna Lina
