Does Hubspoot has Expiring Calendar Links

Hi Everyone!

I have a quick question. Is it possible to have an Expiring Calendar Links in Hubspot/ I think there's no such thing as an organic feature that it offers. I would love to hear any solutions for this. Thank you so much in advance!

Hi @BreeMaghanoy there isn't a native feature for setting an expiration on a calendar link in HubSpot, you can upvote the idea here.

As far as a workaround, you could create a URL redirect that redirects the meeting URL to a landing page that says it's expired - as long as you make sure not to check the box to "Disable redirect if a page exists at the redirected URL" it will redirect the user to your LP.

In the meeting scheduler, there is a setting option to create calendar links for a specific availability window. I recently built one for an upcoming event, and it only has three active days to select from.
