Before rolling Hubspot out to my company, I am testing the features. I want to practice using it to track projects. I'm trying to see where within the CRM I can enter the COST and the SELL price of an item I create in order to produce profit reports. Anybody have any suggestions? I don't see it. All the reports I create only show the revenue but not the GP from deals created.
@QThomas9 - When adding products to your product library, or custom line items on deals, you can input both a unit price and a unit cost and HubSpot will automatically calculate the margin:
You can access the calculated line item margin in the custom report builder, to build out gross profit reports:
