Live Chat free version?

hi i'm new here. I probably have a pretty simple question about Live Chat. I have the free version. I want the chat to be available depending on whether two of my team is online or not, but when I set it up, everyone else is excluded from the Inbox and I do not want that. My question is this not possible with the free version?

Hello @JHolmström are they added to a specific group or are the other users are not added to this chat inbox?
