Does the Sequence send the message during the "optimal" Open Rate time based upon the Time Zone of the HubSpot Account Defaults
Or the Time Zone of the Contact recipient?
Hey Yoel, I've been doing workflows this past week and have used this. My understanding is it will send based on the time ranges you put in and will adjust to the recipient's time zone. Let me know if you have other questions. You can also ask in customer support in chat, they are excellent I've used them several times.
