May 2, 2022 Product Specific Terms Update

HubSpot recently updated the November 1, 2021 Product Specific Terms, which are included in our Customer Terms of Service. We wanted to give you some information on what's changed: 

• We have updated our Calling functionality; you can learn more about our VoIP services here.   Accordingly, we have updated our Product Specific Terms reflect those changes, and customers who are impacted by these updates have already received individualized notifications.  
• We have removed the reference to YouTube's terms of service since YouTube communicates applicable terms to its users directly. 
• We’ve also made minor drafting clean-ups and corrected some references in our Product Specific Terms. 

Please remember this is just an informal, high-level summary of the most recent changes to these documents, and you should always make sure you’ve read and understood the complete Customer Terms of Service before you use our software or services.
