I'd like to suggest a new feature for HubSpot that would greatly improve workflow efficiency: the ability to create and save 'Trigger Sets' for reuse in other workflows.   While HubSpot already offers a similar functionality for actions in the form of 'Action Sets,' the ability to create and save sets of triggers would be immensely valuable.   Currently, I find myself spending a significant amount of time building workflows, especially when it comes to setting up complex trigger conditions like the one below:   Example for a complex workflow trigger   With the ability to save and reuse Trigger Sets, I could streamline this process and save valuable time, particularly when working with lengthy and detailed trigger criteria.   Implementing this feature would not only enhance workflow creation efficiency but also contribute to a more organized and standardized workflow-building process within HubSpot. ...read more

Currently, in a random split branch in workflow, HubSpot enforces an equal distribution. This request refers to the double opt-in features in HubSpot: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/set-up-double-opt-in-for-emails#send-opt-in-email-to-individual-contact   When HubSpot users want to bulk confirm the email addresses, the only way is currently via bulk edit:   Once you have the double opt-in feature enabled, you can update the double opt-in status for your contacts in bulk from your contacts home.   This means that every time there are new contacts to confirm, a user has to manually select and update contacts.   Please create a workflow action to update the 'Marketing email confirmation status' to 'Customer marked confirmed'.   Reasons why this is needed Some contacts should be automatically marked confirmed. For example, in many SaaS companies, software customers are considered confirmed because they already signed up for the software. In other companies, customers are generally considered confirmed across the board and should not have to go through a double opt-in process again. While there are workflow workarounds, using additional custom properties, it should be possible to update the confirmation status directly. If it's possible to update contacts in bulk (see article linked above), Professional and Enterprise customers should not be forced to do this manually. Hi,   The "Activity type" workflow condition is relatively recent, but it lacks the ability to trigger re-enrollment. Users frequently encounter situations where they need to monitor sales emails sent to contacts and reenroll those contacts into the workflow to generate follow-up tasks, among other things. Enabling reenrollment within the "Activity type" condition would be immensely beneficial, as it would allow contacts to be pulled into the same workflow multiple times.   Thanks. ...read more

I am travelling a fair bit for work and jump between time zones.   Example: I am in the CET timezone and will travel to the PST timezone from 05/01/24 <> 05/09/24. Hi everyone, I'm currently facing a challenge in managing communications with Co-Selling Partners in HubSpot. Our process involves associating these partners with multiple deals and companies. However, the system automatically syncs all conversations across these associations, which clutters the deals/companies with irrelevant information from other interactions. Problem Description: When I add a Co-Selling Partner as a contact to any deal or company, the system automatically syncs every conversation related to that contact across all associated deals/companies. This results in a lot of unnecessary and confusing information being shared where it's not relevant. I tried creating a new property at the contact level hoping to use it to deactivate the syncs via a workflow for contacts with this property enabled. Unfortunately, it seems that deactivating syncs this way isn’t possible. Proposed Solution: I believe a helpful feature would be the ability to manually deactivate the default syncing function for selected contacts. Specifically, it should allow: Adding a contact to multiple deals/companies without syncing their communication to those deals/companies. Maintaining visibility of all associations at the contact level to facilitate reporting, without the automatic sharing of communication. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage communications with Co-Selling Partners effectively, keeping all associated records clean and relevant. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? Alternatively, if anyone from the CRM development team is around, could this feature be considered for future updates? I wanted to provide feedback on the Help Desk function. Though first, I want to say that it's a great addition to the platform! For efficiency purposes, I think it would be great to create a ticket, have the ability to compose the message right then and send it out to the client/customer. Currently, you would have to create a ticket first, then go back into the ticket to compose a message and then send it out to the client/customer.     It would just be great to have the option of composing a message while creating the ticket!    Thank you! ...read more

It would be so nice if HubSpot had a queue for when a workflow was run too many times at once. It could automatically throttle it and display a progress bar with stats. It could let us know when they have stopped running and the current rate of running. ...read more
