flexible date for filters in reports from dashboards

User Story:

1. As a creator from the reports

2. i want to have filters where a flexible date is possible. That means, that it always take the active day, month, quarter etc.

3. so that i can have reports from the ongoing month, day, year etc.

example:

i want to show all customers where the last day from theyr contract is in the future. Right now i can only chose a fix date.

extra:

the filter is already available in the field "is". 

acceptance criteria:

Same fuction for all the filter options as in the field "is".
