display call duration in minutes

hi team posting on behalf of my customer: 

they are currently running a report on average call duration and they would like to be able to have the figures show as minutes instead of just seconds. 

it would be beneficial to have more diplay options that customers can filter from especially when the numbers get too large and it gets difficult to convert the seconds value to minutes or even hours.
