Because Hubspot is a customer relationship management system, i thought it would be good to have built within it, a better way for staff to review support and customer services documents when talking with customers.
We are looking at setting this up outside of Hubspot in something like Microsoft SharePoint or even something as simple as Slack's version Tettra.
Links are below, but basically we want somewhere where the staff can create and view Business processes, how-to-guides, HR Policies and Handbooks, It needs to be catalogued, searchable and easy to use, navigate and extract / download the pages if required.
