Using Referral links for Third Party Tracking

We are working with a third party company on an event and are generating an email through hubspot to drive traffic to their registration page. The link is as follows: https://www.labroots.com/ms/webinar/develop-quality-therapeutic-antibodies-straight-selections-using...

The problem is hubspot strips the referral portion of the link in favor of its own tracking info. What we need is a way for referral portion to tke president or be accountd for so that we can track our involvement in the campaign.
