Update email threads with the latest communication date
When an email thread is started, it is registered on a client profile for when the thread was started. So if there is an email thread spanning months, a user of hub spot would think there had been no interaction with that client for months.
Related to this, in the overview page which I call 'Sales' when you click on a thread email, it will not open. You can only click on original emails. It would be useful to be able to open threads in any location.
This is for sales management, and for account management. learning and understanding if a client is being serviced on a regular basis.
