Update a static list rather than having to create a new list

I have a list of employees on Hubspot and it's way easier to upload an excel than it is to set a field for all of them. I would like there to be an option to upload a list and have it update a current static list rather than having to make the list active or manually add them through contacts or duplicate the list and delete the old one.
