Trigger based on Recent Activity

Would be great to be able to trigger based on a contact's recent activity (selected timeframe or within last 24 hours) instead of "At least one associated Activity".  This would allow a far more in-depth ability to create tasks, property updates and more based on real-time activity by contacts.  It would also allow use for re-enrolment in workflows that is currently unavailable due to triggering based on older activity that still counts as "At least one associated Activity".
