Stop asking to submit ideas to the community forum
An overwhelming majority of the time when we create a ticket in HubSpot, the HubSpot representative responds that 1. It is not possible, and 2. If there's a feature I think HubSpot is missing they really encourge me to submit it to HubSpot's Idea Forum.
I am tired of being asked to submit ideas to the Idea Forum. This is where basic functionality HubSpot is lacking goes to die.
