Simplifying Account Defaults: Customization by Business Unit
Hello HubSpot Community,
We're here to provide some feedback on the account default settings feature. Currently, these settings apply universally to our entire account. However, as a company with two distinct brands, we find this setup cumbersome.
Having to manually edit company information for each quote due to the lack of business unit customization is time-consuming. We propose allowing customization of default settings by business unit. This would streamline our processes and reduce the risk of errors.
We believe this enhancement would benefit other users managing multiple brands or entities. We hope HubSpot considers this suggestion for future updates.Picture of Account defaults
