We use the 'fixed payments' features for individuals to purchase our courses. Most of these payments are completed over 2 - 3 months.
It would be great to have the ability for HubSpot to automatically send the Contact an email reminding them about this upcoming payment. This would ensure that the card is charged the first time successfully and prevent us from having to update the card on file if it has changed for an individual.
