Many of our customers send the same type of e-mails each week. Instead of creating a new one, they choose "reply all" in e.g. outlook, remove the info from last week, add new info and change the subject and send it instead of creating a new mail. When we receive the e-mail, it is connected to the old conversation since the ID of the thread is the same. It would be great if you could have the option to choose that only e-mails with the same subject were connected.
