Need Changelog For All Changes Done in Lists Just Like We have for Workflows

Problem:

• Lists are awesome, but it's impossible to track changes and see what's working vs. what's not! 🚨
• Worse if the list is being used in a Workflow💀

Proposed Solution:

• Please provide a detailed changelog just like we have in our workflow tool (See Screenshots) 🥳
